GENERAL INFORMATION
Photographs of your children, or an event, are not simply images in an album. They are indeed moments held still for you to treasure.Committing to a portrait session, in the middle of your already busy schedule, can be challenging but I assure you it will be worth it. You will never again have a chance to hold this moment in your child's life still for you to treasure. Each photo session is scheduled for one and a half hours to allow ample time to ensure a great variety of shots. Outfit changes are welcome. Newborn sessions are scheduled for two hours to allow time for feedings, changes, and to ensure the comfort of your newborn. SESSION RATES AND INFORMATION
Sitting Fees$75.00 weekday in-studio session $100.00 premium weekend in-studio session $100.00 weekday location session $125.00 premium weekend location session Location sessions can be scheduled for a variety of occasions. Location sessions can be booked within 25 miles of the Anchorage/Eagle River area. A location session in your home, your favorite park, or one of our many stunning scenic areas, allows you the flexibility to incorporate your own personal style. A location session in your home is ideal with young children because it allows them to remain in a comfortable setting as well as giving me an opportunity to capture a photo with their most treasured items. Your session includes portraits of up to 4 family members. A $10.00 fee per person will be added for each additional family member being photographed. During your session we will change backdrops, and props, to provide a variety of styles. Portraits can be formal, or casual, based on your personal preference. The session fee covers the time & talent of the photographer, post processing of images, a private on-line proofing gallery, as well as a personal ordering session with the photographer. SCHEDULING
Weekday sessions typically fill up two weeks, to one month, in advance. Weekend sessions are typically filled up two to three months in advance. Please allow ample time when scheduling a session for a specific event such as a birthday, anniversary, or senior photos.Retainer: One half of your session fee is due upon booking to retain your appointment. The remaining 1/2 of your session fee is due at the time of your session. The retainer is non refundable if your appointment is not kept. You may reschedule your session, and apply your retainer towards the new session appointment, with at least 24 hour notice. You may apply your retainer towards your new appointment within 3 months, 90 days, of your originally scheduled session. If you fail to reschedule, and complete, your session within 90 days of your original appointment, your retainer becomes non refundable. Visa, Mastercard, or personal check is accepted for the retainer. Your appointment is not guaranteed until the retainer has been received. Formal corporate head shot packages are available. Please click on the link below for further information. Head Shot Information & Examples Outdoor wedding, birth, and event photography available on a very limited basis. Your online proof gallery, from your session, will be available for viewing within 14 days from your appointment. Your online gallery is private, password protected, and available for you to share with the people of your choice. You will then be provided the opportunity to view your images, in full resolution, in a custom designed DVD slideshow on a large, flat screen, television. This ordering session is optional, but highly recommended as it provides you an opportunity to view your images with full clarity, and accurate color, rather than relying on your computer monitor's interpretation. Sample products, storyboards, gallery wall options, and print sizes can also be viewed during this session to ensure you will be fully satisfied with your choices. You will receive additional ordering information during your session. Orders from your online proof gallery can be taken from anywhere in the world, allowing friends and family to order images as well. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and local personal checks are accepted. Each session results in approximately 20-25 finished proofs. Every finished proof will receive individual post processing attention to ensure every image looks it's very best. Light re-touching, and black and white conversion, is offered on all finished proofs. INVESTMENT Your prints are heirloom quality and will be able to be passed down through generations. Selecting your prints is not just a purchase. It is an investment in your family's story. All prints are processed by an out of state professional image lab that results in the highest quality prints available. All prints include professional grade paper, luster coating to increase durability and longevity, a well as variety of texture finishes.
